Hank Schoen is a 21-year-old, award-winning glass artist currently studying at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He received a 2023 Scholastic Art and Writing National Silver Medal and a 2024 National Gold Medal in Glass and Ceramics; he won Harvard-Westlake School’s Excellence in Glass Award in 2024; and he was a selected artist in the Beverly Hills Art Show in October 2025 and in May 2026. 

Bringing a sculptural interpretation to practical forms, he creates pieces that are a cross between functional and fine art. Some of his work is whimsical, some more formal. In all of it, he uses color to invoke a strong emotional response.
